"Meetha Paan is my tribute to Raju Bhaiya, the paan wallah we used to go to every day for his refreshing Paan after dinner during my days in Chandigarh. I still remember his friendly yet composed demeanor and the passion he had for making a good Paan. The right leaf makes all the difference didi...he used to say. This recipe has Raju Bhaiya's seal of approval. Need I say more?"
