"Bean to Bar"

You've heard the phrase a lot,
but what does it mean?

Well, once we procure the raw cacao beans, the rest is entirely done in-house, right from de-shelling, to roasting, to stone-grinding the cacao beans.

The end result is that we entirely control the production process, which helps define the final flavour notes and smoothness of the chocolate. Talk about nuances!
